Link Building Expert

Are you on the look out for somebody to help you to promote your website? Have you heard about the benefits of starting up a link building campaign but are not sure about how to proceed with this venture? Would you like to learn about how you can get into the top five of the organic search results(not pay-per-click) of the major search engines? I imagine that many Internet newbies would have answered yes to at least one of these questions. In this article I am going to write about web promotion and will share my knowledge from nine years of web marketing. I am sure it will prove to be of great benefit to many people.

It should go without saying that there is no real point of having a superb looking website if nobody can find it via the search engines. As soon as I had what I believed was a very professional and easy to navigate website, I was eager to learn about how to reach the top of the search engine rankings. It seemed so hard as the sites at the top were already established with good page rank and many backward links pointing to their sites.

It was very tempting to join one of the many dodgy ventures like a link exchange program but I was quite lucky to gain some great advice which was that hard work and patience will pay off. The sites at the top can be caught and over-taken but of course it will take time. The age of the domain is also important, why for example would a search engine like google give a new site a higher serps position than a site which has been around for three years. That new site may not even be around this time next year as many webmasters do not even renew their sites after one year. For this reason it is also a good idea to buy your domain for perhaps five years instead of just one as it shows that you have good intentions etc. It is also cheaper in the long run.

I decided to stick to the common forms of web promotion such as article marketing, gaining one-way links and ensuring that the content of my website was content that other webmasters would want to link to.

BASIC CONCEPTS OF SEO

BASIC CONCEPTS OF SEO article on v7n by "Bob Massa"

Any search engine will always try to return whatever it has available that it thinks is the most relevant data to a specific query based upon ranking criteria set by the specific search service itself. That is the search service's core mission. Read More
